Jyotsna brings real passion to real estate investment, development and construction. Having done her MBA in finance from New York, she started her career on Wall Street in New York City. She furthered her investment banking and venture capital experience, working for leading Financial Institutions such as Morgan Stanley. During the internet boom of 1990’s she was responsible for incubating several start-ups.

Jyotsna moved to Chicago in early 2000 to focus on real estate investments and construction. Since then she has been helping customers with finding, developing, constructing and maintaining custom residential and commercial properties.

Gordon has over 15 years of custom home and condos construction experience. He is well versed in key building trades for mechanicals such as plumbing, sewer, heating, electric, etc. Gordon oversees all construction and maintenance operations and leverages his vast experience to deliver high-quality product for our customers.

He has deep expertise in the comprehensive design and installation of underground utilities. He has completed and delivered hundreds of jobs in residential and commercial complexes.

He is passionate about embracing Green technology for construction. He leads our effort to build and deliver homes with that follows Green and Ultra energy efficient design utilizing technologies such as geo thermal, solar and specialty insulation.

Anna is the Interior Design consultant with Ishan Developers. She has been involved with all our projects since inception. Her taste is immaculate and has really helped turn houses to homes that delight out customers.

Anna helps our customers right from selection of custom cabinet, paint colors and fixtures to style of blinds and treatments. She has more than 20 years of experience in the interior design field.

Monie handles finances for Ishan Developers. He has more than 40 years experience in the finance and accounting area. He brings his vast experience to help our clients evaluate investment opportunities especially in India.

He has a MBA in finance and shares his time between USA and India.
